Psycho-Cybernetics

This book will really make a lot of things click for you. It’s excellent. It will explain why you are where you are in life and what you can do to change it. The book was written by a plastic surgeon, Dr. Maxwell Maltz, who realized the importance of your self image.

If you are trying to change your life for the better, kick an old habit, or become a new and improved version of yourself, this book is a great place to start. I’ve read it twice and plan on reading it again in the near future. Every time I read it, I get something new out of it.

Poor Charlie’s Almanac

This is one of those books you just have to pay up for. This is a collection of speeches from Charlie Munger and they are fantastic. The one on the psychology of human misjudgment is phenomenal.

Your Invisible Power

Your Invisible Power was written by Genevieve Behrend, the only pupil of Thomas Troward. Genevieve Behrend shows you how to access and use your innate powers. These powers are not talked about in the mainstream media but they are absolutely real.

Money and the Law of Attraction

This is an interesting book. I was totally unaware of how the book was written the first time I read it, early in my journey. Let me explain…

This book is written by Esther and Jerry Hicks, in conjunction with a non-physical being named Abraham. Esther channels Abraham and Jerry asks questions to Esther/Abraham. Abraham answers the questions through Esther’s vessel. If you’re on the fence about this book, there are a lot of YouTube videos of Abraham Hicks that you can watch to get a feel for it. I love the work Esther and Jerry have done.

Classic! This book is full of gold. People in the 21st century seem to be a little removed and cocooned thanks to technology. How to Win Friends & Influence People will show you how to get back in touch with the genuine, people loving side of yourself.

The Biography of Satan

I picked this book up because I wanted to get another opinion on Satan. I grew up in the Christian church and I was scared to go to hell and thought the devil was always trying to catch me slipping.

By the time I came across this book, I no longer believed in hell or the devil. I just wanted to see where those stories came from so I can be better positioned for educated discussions with people trying to convince me that hell & the devil are real. This book is good and will show you how hell and the devil made their way into the Christian religion.

Learning what drives and motivates animals and humans has been very beneficial for me. It allows me to communicate better and be aware of when I’m slipping back into old evolutionary patterns of behavior. Once you become aware of something, you can fix it 😉

This book is 573 pages long, but the first 500 or so pages flew by. The last 70 were a bit slow. Oh, and in the beginning of the book he actually does talk about how he lost his virginity.

Elon Musk

This is the only biography of Elon Musk that he actually collaborated with the author. Elon’s story is simply amazing. He’s had some low lows and some high highs. His career has been a crazy roller coaster ride as he continues to defy the odds.

He went from having 9 figures to having to borrow money just to meet payroll at SpaceX and Tesla. He’s an incredible being whose purpose is to colonize Mars and save humanity from itself. Sounds like sci-fi but this his real life baby! Reading this will make your goals seem easily achievable.

Sam Walton: Made In America

It seems to be a common thread but, Sam Walton also went through some incredibly tough times. I loved reading this book because I got to get inside the head of, arguably, the most successful entrepreneur of all time. Jeff Bezos read this book over and over and look where he is now.

You may not like Wal-Mart, but don’t let that stop you from learning from the best, Sam Walton. If his legacy was not split between several members of his family it would be the largest single fortune in the world. Sam was special and we all can learn a lot from his epic life.

The Dream

The Dream is the autobiography of Gurbaksh Chahal, self made 9-figure millionaire. His story is inspiring as his parents came to this country with nothing.

Letters to a Young Poet

Every now and then I read a book that is not in my typical genres. This helps me gain more perspective and awareness which helps me understand more people. Letter to a Young Poet was a damn good book.

This book helped me develop a new appreciation for art. I didn’t realize that “art is born out of necessity,” and how much of an artist life goes into their work. Art is a tough career path in our society but man do I appreciate it now more than ever! So grateful for all of the artists in this world. Keep persisting and stay true to your art!

Wallace D Wattles put together a masterpiece. This book alone is enough to teach someone how to get what they desire out of life

This is a short book but it doesn’t mean you shouldn’t spend a lot of time reading it. Read it over and over so the information can reach your subconscious mind. Check for the audio book on YouTube as I believe it’s in the public domain.

Visions for Black Men

This book was lent to me by my oldest brother and I am grateful for it. This was a good book and I think everyone should read it, not just black men. The only problem in this world is ignorance, and this book will help reduce ignorance.

This book is a classic and deservedly so. This book will help you get out of a poor mindset. If you don’t have a lot of money and your family is always broke, you probably have a poor mindset. If so, this book is for you.

When I read this book, I was soooooo broke and putting my money in the wrong places. This book helped me to realize that everything that I learned about money was through the lens of my poor parents. After reading this book, I started devouring books on financial freedom and the rest is history.

The Art of Living

This is another gem by Bob Proctor. This is a unique book because it wasn’t written like a regular book. It is actually composed of transcripts from one of Bob Protor’s events called the Matrixx.

The Matrixx is a six day event that cost five-figures to attend. While this book is not quite the same as being at the Matrixx in person, you still will get a lot of the same information. This book will help you learn how to live a fulfilling life

The 10 Pillars of Wealth

This is a good book for anyone who is thinking about starting their own business or learning more about how you can quit your day job. This book will not make you rich overnight. Alex Becker encourages you to work your ass off to make shit happen.

If you are already advanced in business, you will get a lot less value out of this book. If you’ve had great success in business but are stuck, this book might help you reevaluate your foundation and can help you get past a stumbling block that you may have overlooked.
